Cooking With Powdered Milk Cookbook Link

Whole Milk

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk

Buttermilk

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
  • Let the mixture stand in a warm place until thickened (about 18 hours).

    Stir until smooth. Refrigerate.
