Scalloped Potatoes

2 c. dehydrated potato slices
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. minced onion (or 2 T. dried onion)
2 t. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-qt. greased casserole dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until top is nicely browned and potatoes are tender.
