2 c. dehydrated potato slices2 1/4 c. boiling water1/4 c. minced onion (or 2 T. dried onion)2 t. salt1 can cream of mushroom soup1/3 c. powdered milk3/4 c. waterMix all ingredients and place in a 2-qt. greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until top is nicely browned and potatoes are tender.
