What can I say about vitamin D drops? I love them. My children will not take tablets so I was worried about how to get them to take their vitamin D. The Pandemic Preparedness class offered the drops. My children have been taking the drops every day now for the last couple of months. At lunch time I place one drop which is 2000 IU's on their first bite of food.
My husband who gets bronchitis every year started to get sick a few days after we started with vitamin D. For the next 3 days he took 20,000 I.U's of vitamin D. The beginning of his bronchitis never turned into anything.
I am very grateful to have discovered the many benefits of vitamin D. We have a 6 month old baby in the house so keeping everyone well during this flu season is a top priority of mine.
If you have a child not wanting to swallow a tablet I would highly recommend the vitamin D drops.
