Taco Soup ©

6 c. water, heated to boiling

1 c. refried beans
--stir well--
3 cans of beans (black, small red, pinto…or 4 c. pre-cooked frozen beans)
3 c. corn, frozen or 1 canned
2 T. Taco seasoning (Olde West Port spices are good)
2 t. chili powder
2 T. bullion
½ c. cilantro fresh or 2 T. dried

Simmer until ingredients are heated through.

Serve hot and garnish with the following as desired:
Green onions/ red onions
Crumbled tortilla chip
