Old Country Lentil Soup ©

Ingredients
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. beef bullion
- ¼ t. pepper
- ½ t. thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 c. water
- 2 c. lentils - rinse
- 1 med. onion - diced
- 2 med. carrots - sliced
- Optional: Can add potatoes and/or celery.
Boil and simmer for 45 min.
Makes 8 servings
