Health Care Conspiracy

Secret conspiracies throughout the ages are based in taking away the freedoms of people. This is the pursuit of the "Great Deceiver", Satan. This war over agency started before we were born and is continuing down here on earth.

We were given the Constitution as gift from God. It was given to restore and protect the freedom once enjoyed by Ancient Israel and the original Anglo-Saxon people.

J. Reuben Clark, Jr.(an international lawyer and Ambassador to Mexico) said, "This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom. I wish to say with all the earnestness I possess that when you youth and maidens see any curtailment of these liberties I have named, when you see government invading any of these realms of freedom which we have under our Constitution, you will know that they are putting shackles on your liberty, and that tyranny is creeping upon you, no matter who curtails these liberties or who invades these realms, and no matter what the reason and excuse therefore may be."

I suggest that the proposed Health Care Reform Bill 3200 is part of a secret conspiracy to take away our freedom of choice and give it to the Federal Government.

• Under the proposed bill, the right to choose the type of health care you want and who may administer it will be taken from you.


• It will also force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system.


• The government will make all decisions. According to those who have lived under socialized medicine in Canada or Great Britain, this system will be much worse.

Michael Connelly, a retired Constitutional Attorney from Carrolton, Texas, after having read the entire document said, "This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. It is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If the law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed."

• The 10th Amendment states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Under the proposed piece of Congressional handiwork, the people and the states are not going to have any rights or powers in many areas that were once in their control.


• The protection of privacy rights granted by the 4th Amendment will no longer exit.


• If you decide not to have government health care you will be taxed rather than fined to avoid the application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment.

Thus this law will nullify 3 of the 10 Bill of Rights. This proposed law is part of a great conspiracy to take away our God given rights to choose and be free.
