½ c. honey
2 T. butter
Cook to firm ball stage.
Stir in:
¼ c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
In a separate bowl mix:
1 c. oatmeal
¼ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. coconut
¼ c. powdered milk
Add dry mixture to cooked mixture and drop by teaspoon on wax paper or roll in nuts. Makes 2 dozen.
