Canning Spaghetti Sauce With Meat

You MUST use a pressure cooker when canning spaghetti sauce with meat.

When processing spaghetti sauce WITH meat, you process pints for 60 minutes and quarts for 70 minutes.

When processing spaghetti sauce WITHOUT meat, you process pints for 20 minutes and quarts for 25 minutes.
