I canned some peach & jalepeno jam 3 days ago. I noticed it didn't set the way I would like. Can I unjar the jam and add more pectin then re-process in sterile jars?

Answer: I don't reprocess food. I would suggest that you use it right away; or put in in a plastic container or bag and freeze it.
