Bean Dip

1 c. dry refried beans
2 c. boiling water
2 T. dried onion
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. sour cream powder mixed with 1/2 c. water

Add boiling water to beans and onions; allow to reconstitute for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Blend in seasonings. Add sour cream to bean mixture.

For a thicker consistency, chill for one hour or overnight.
