1 c. dry refried beans2 c. boiling water2 T. dried onion1/4 t. garlic powder1/2 t. chili powder1/2 t. salt1/2 c. sour cream powder mixed with 1/2 c. waterAdd boiling water to beans and onions; allow to reconstitute for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Blend in seasonings. Add sour cream to bean mixture. For a thicker consistency, chill for one hour or overnight.
