Apple Juice Pulp

Hi,

I am wondering if you have any thoughts on what to do with the pulp of the apples after making applejuice?

I have made cookies for my horses but am wondering if I could make a suitable applesauce for people?

What to do with apple juice pulp

The juice is needed in the applesauce. The juice has a lot of nutrition and flavor in it.

You can use in the garden for fertilizer. If you have alkaline soil like we do here in western USA, it will help to acidify your soil.
