Adjusting heat

by Darlene

When you are pressure cooking and the vent time is over, what temp do you usually lower your stove (glass stove top) to to keep the pressure at the right point. I start on high and keep it there until the 10 minutes of venting is done, then put the weight on but have trouble knowing what to put the temp at after that point so the weight does not jiggle too much. Thank you.

Not Recommended to Pressure Cook on Glass Stove Top
by: Provident Living Today - Jennifer

It is not recommended to pressure cook on a glass stove top.

Each stove top is unique in the heat it puts out. You'll need to experiment with adjusting the heat so as to keep the pressure at the right point.
